E-girl is an internet-native aesthetic that grew out of gaming, streaming and anime culture, and a lot of creators who built audiences on Twitch, TikTok and Discord have added OnlyFans pages. The range is wide, from SFW “extra content” pages to full adult accounts. This ranking lists creators who use the e-girl label for themselves and states, for each one, what kind of page it is.
Eligibility
Self-description. The creator uses the e-girl aesthetic and label across their profile and linked socials. We don’t assign it, and we remove on request. Whether the page is SFW, near-SFW or adult is noted in the speciality line, in the creator’s own words.
The consistency problem
The biggest issue in this niche is that OnlyFans is often a side channel to a streaming career, and side channels go quiet. We weight activity over the last 90 days heavily, and we remove accounts that go dormant. A creator who posts to OnlyFans twice a month is a poor subscription regardless of how big her Twitch is.
Verification
Unusually easy here: most e-girl creators have a substantial social presence under the same name, so impersonation is quick to spot. We still require editor-confirmed adult status, a live official URL and a stated PPV policy, re-checked every 60 days.
Pricing
Cheap paid pages ($3 to $10) are the most common model, often SFW or near-SFW with everything on the feed. Adult e-girl pages run the usual mix. We show price and PPV load on every entry.
